Alternative Facts Included In Collection at Michigan State University Museum

Exciting news! Alternative Facts has officially been entered into the collection at the Michigan State University Museum.

MSU Museum is the science and culture museum at Michigan State University. It is one of the earliest established museums in the nation and is affiliated with the Smithsonian.

Recently, they held an exhibition entitled Knitting the Resistance dedicated to exploring crafts as political protest from the 2017 Women's Marches following the Inauguration. Shirley Wajda, a curator of history at the MSU Museum, put out a call for items from the Women's March early this year. The final exhibit featured pussyhats, signs and other ephemera from the MSU Museum’s Craftivism Collection.
